Each item is made to order which takes some time to get that beautiful piece to your doorstep! Items will ship 2-4 weeks AFTER they the piece is completed. Thank you for your patience!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

When an international order is placed and USPS is selected as your shipping option, please note once the parcel leaves the United States it is then transferred to your governments postal service. This means the USPS no longer receives status changes like a private service (FedEx, UPS, DHL) would. Once your parcel has reached the country from where the order was made we will no longer be able to provide status changes or tracking information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Raker Finn is working on a very lean business model. There is no inventory at the moment so each collection will be comprised of a 1-2 week pre-order where customers may place and order and reserve a spot for that item in the collection. Once the pre-order is over, Raker Finn will no longer accept orders and the total orders compiled during that time will be sent to be made for you. This is known as Made-To-Order. Orders will take roughly 4-8 weeks to complete and then be shipped to you. Thank you for your patience! We appreciate it.

Each piece is made for you and no two pieces will be exactly the same. There is no inventory, each collection is comprised of a 2 week pre-order period. Orders will take 4-8 weeks to complete and be shipped to you. 

There are no returns or refunds. If something is wrong upon delivery, please reach out and we will figure out the best course of action for you! Thank you!

If you decide to place a new order, the cost of shipping will not be included and will have to be paid again.
